Frequently Asked Questions:
🗓️ How do I book a photoshoot?
To book a photo session, just send me a message through any messenger that’s convenient for you.
Once the deposit is made, the date will be reserved for you ✅
🗓️ How far in advance should I book a date?
You can book your session at any time that works best for you, but the earlier — the better.
Planning ahead gives us more time to prepare everything properly, and it increases the chances that your preferred date will still be available.
🔁 Can I reschedule the session if needed?
Yes, I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as early as possible so we can find another date that works for both of us.
🌧️ What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
If the weather isn’t ideal for your session (especially for outdoor shoots), we can reschedule without any problem. Your comfort and the quality of the photos are the most important!
💳 Can I get my deposit back if I cancel the session?
Yes, absolutely. I always inform clients before booking that the deposit is refundable if you notify me at least 10 days before the session date.
Thank you for understanding — this helps me manage my schedule fairly for all clients.
⏳ How long does it take to edit the photos?
The turnaround time for photo editing depends on the type of session and the amount of content.
On average, it takes 7 to 20 business days.
If you need the photos sooner, feel free to let me know — I’ll do my best to offer a rush option 😊
🎞️ Do you provide the original, unedited (RAW) photos?
I don’t deliver raw or unedited files, as I understand you chose to work with me for the style and quality you see in my portfolio. You’re hiring me for the final result, which includes my creative vision, experience, and editing process.
However, if having the original files is very important to you, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to discuss options. Please note that raw files are available for an additional fee.
📁 In what format do you deliver the final photos?
I deliver all photos through an online gallery — it’s quick, easy, and convenient for downloading. You can also purchase a USB drive with your photos if you’d like a physical copy.
For full-day weddings, I offer special delivery options, which are best discussed individually to find what suits you best.
📸 Can I select the photos for editing?
I handle the photo selection myself. Each session results in over 1,000 images, and curating them requires time and a professional eye. I never delete strong shots — instead, I include as many great and diverse images as possible, so you can see yourself from different angles and get the best outcome.
🔒 Can I ask for the photos not to be shared?
I fully respect client privacy. If you’d prefer your photos not to appear in my portfolio, on social media, or my website, just let me know in advance.
Full confidentiality can be included in the contract and comes with a 30% fee, as my portfolio is an essential part of how I grow and connect with future clients.
📹 Where can I see behind-the-scenes videos and the shooting process?
You can find all behind-the-scenes videos from my work process on my Instagram page, saved in the Highlights.
🎁 Can I book a photoshoot as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! A photoshoot is a beautiful and meaningful gift. Let me know who it’s for and if you’d like a printable or digital gift certificate — I’d be happy to prepare one.
🎀 Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! I offer both digital and printed gift certificates for any session type. It’s a thoughtful gift for birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, or “just because.”
